Refund & Return Policy

At Stream Africa, we strive to ensure a clear and transparent understanding of our services. Please read this policy carefully before purchasing an onboarding package. By proceeding with payment, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to this Refund Policy.

1. Nature of Services

Stream Africa provides intangible, digital goods and services. The onboarding fee of ₦12,000 grants you immediate access to our digital platform, community features, and rewards dashboard. Unlike physical goods, digital access cannot be "returned" once granted.

2. Non-Refundable Policy

General Rule: Due to the immediate nature of the digital access provided, all payments made to Stream Africa are generally NON-REFUNDABLE.

We do NOT provide refunds for:

• Change of Mind: If you decide you no longer want to use the platform after registering.
• Inactivity: If you fail to use your account or participate in tasks.
• Performance Expectations: If you do not earn as much as you anticipated (rewards are based on individual effort and task availability).
• Account Suspension: If your account is terminated due to a violation of our Terms of Service (e.g., fraud, spamming, multiple accounts).

3. Exceptions for Refund Eligibility

We acknowledge that technical errors can occur. We will only consider refund requests under the following specific circumstances:

• Duplicate Charge: If you were accidentally charged twice for the same transaction due to a technical error on our payment gateway.
• Service Failure: If a technical failure on our end prevents you from accessing the platform entirely for more than 48 hours immediately following your registration, and our support team is unable to resolve the issue.

4. Refund Request Process

If you believe you qualify for a refund under the exceptions listed above, you must follow this procedure:

1. Contact our support team at dammyadekunle590@gmail.com within 3 days of the transaction.
2. Use the subject line: "Refund Request - [Your Username]".
3. Include your proof of payment (transaction receipt) and a clear description of the technical issue or error.

Requests made after 3 days of the transaction will not be considered.

5. Processing Time

Once a refund request is received, our team will review it within 3 business days. If approved, the refund will be processed and credited back to the original method of payment within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank's processing times.

6. Chargebacks

Attempting to obtain a refund via a payment dispute or chargeback with your bank without first contacting our support team is a violation of our Terms. This will result in the immediate and permanent suspension of your account and may lead to blacklisting from our services.
